Terms & Conditions 

  1. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times.

  2. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs in all areas at all times.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse to admit any person we deem to be unsuitable for the peace and quiet of a family-orientated park.

  4. We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is deemed detrimental to other park visitors.

  5. We accept no responsibility for lost property. 

  6. From time-to-time Bawsey Country Park or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording, which may feature visitors. Entry to the park is deemed acceptance of these Entry Conditions, and you, therefore, agree that Bawsey Country Park or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising, or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Bawsey Country Park or such authorised party (as the case may be).

  7. Our policy is to maintain Bawsey Country Park in a natural state without undue interference with nature. Visitors are requested to take all sensible precautions and are responsible for their own safety when visiting the park. 

  8. Park maintenance will be conducted as and when required, please be patient and aware of your surroundings as we carry out such work.

  9. Open fires are not permitted.

  10. The cutting or damaging of trees or the use of fallen timber for the purposes of starting or maintaining a fire is not permitted.

  11. The use of unauthorised watercraft and/or inflatables of any kind is not permitted on either lake.

  12. Swimming and/or paddling is not permitted in either lake.

  13. Parking permits entitle the holder to park the registered vehicle at Bawsey Country Park - Car Park (East) up to and including the expiry date, with no additional charge. The permit is not applicable to Car Park (West). The permit is non-transferrable.

  14. If any damage is caused by you during your visit, we reserve the right to recover the cost of repair from you.

  15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the park and its activities whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the use of the facilities at Bawsey Country Park. We accept no liability for any damage/theft/loss caused to property and/or personal belongings, and any personal belongings brought to the park is at your own risk.
